Happy Valentine’s Day!
Come give yourself some love this Valentine’s Day. Come with a friend, a significant other, or by yourself. This will be a 45 minute restorative yoga class focusing on opening up the heart space. It is geared towards all levels of yoga and is for anyone looking to relax and to promote love within themselves. There will be “sweet” treats for all participants.
