Kelsey Nemeth joined Florida Polytechnic University in 2024 as a human resources business partner with a focus on compensation and benefits. In her role, Nemeth supports staff regarding compensation, benefits and retirement, acting as a liaison to bridge the gap between the provider and employee.
Before joining Florida Poly, Nemeth provided extensive support and guidance to various staff while working in human resources. She brings four plus years of experience and knowledge to the Florida Poly HR team. Nemeth connects to the divisional mantra of, “How can we create a better experience for those we serve?”
