Web Print: Upload directly via the PhoenixPrint web interface

Email to Print: Send files (PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, XPS, images) to:


Printer Console on PhoenixPrint Devices: 

  • Log in by tapping your Florida Poly Card
  • Print one or all jobs from your printing queue
  • Scan to Email – Send scanned documents to your email
  • Copy and Scan with color, grayscale, and other device options
  • Fax – Selected devices, including ARC2268, IST2010, IST2045, IST2102, Wellness Center, Student Development Center, LTB2145, and LTB1147


Payment: 

  • Students: Use PolyBucks added to your account via StudentLink
  • Employees: Activity is automatically charged to default cost center

Residential Students

Mail is delivered to Phase 2 front desk and Residential Life will notify students and distribute items.

Employees

Procurement staff receives and distributes items throughout the day. They make a courier run to Poly South and FIPR on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Sending Mail & Packages

Personal: 

  • Drop off prepaid items at the Mail Center for pick up by U.S. Mail, Fedex, or UPS
  • Payments are accepted and processed for U.S. Mail and FedEx. UPS is only accepted with a prepaid label. 

 

University Business (paid for by cost centers): 

  • IST Building – Leave outgoing items on the desk at the North Entrance (facing I-4)
  • Poly South and FIPR – Outgoing items are picked up during courier runs on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
Session Details

This session will demonstrate that practical risk management is for everyone, regardless of a formal program. Attendees will learn actionable and simple strategies that are easy to implement, enabling them to start immediately by focusing on their top risks to build greater operational resilience and ensure the sustained success of their auxiliary enterprises.

Presenter Profile

Michelle Powell serves as the pioneering Risk Manager at Florida Polytechnic University, the state’s sole 100% STEM-dedicated institution. Having been with the university for nearly 11 years, Michelle transitioned from a leadership role in Admissions in October 2023 to establish and evolve the risk management function from the ground up. In this solo capacity, Michelle builds robust frameworks for our dynamic, young university, overseeing our insurance portfolio, consulting on third-party and event risks, and developing critical campus-wide training programs. Michelle has obtained the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) Enterprise Risk Management certificate and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations. Her distinct background in mathematics and engineering, combined with extensive higher education leadership, brings an analytical and strategic approach enhancing the institution’s resilience.
