Alicia Swengros joined Florida Polytechnic University in 2026 as an academic success coach. Prior to joining Florida Poly, she taught English at Lakeland Senior High School for five years. Before entering the field of education, Alicia spent five years with Universal Parks and Resorts in roles spanning marketing, copy editing and corporate partnership development.
