Joel Helm joined the Florida Poly staff in July 2018 as an assistant director of development for the Polk County region. Previously, he worked in commercial real estate and wealth management for Northwestern Mutual and Lamar Advertising. Helm has lived and worked in Polk County for the past 12 years.
