Dr. Xiaofan Xu, an assistant professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering, joined Florida Polytechnic University in 2020. Prior to that position, he worked as a research assistant at the University of South Florida, where his research primarily centered around investigating the environmental and economic impacts of stormwater management and wastewater treatment technologies at both the technological and system levels.
