Data & Information Request
To obtain data and information, email iriehelp@floridapoly.edu, include the purpose and detailed description of the data/research request as well as all requester’s contact information.
Please allow a minimum of three to five (3-5) business days to fulfill the request.
About OIRE
OIRE provides reliable data, analysis, and reporting to support academic programs and administration services through:
- Official source for information about the University
- Providing decision support through evidence-based analysis and reporting
- Advocating for data quality and integrity with sound data stewardship and governance
- Routine and ad-hoc state, federal and internal reporting
- Strategic plan and operational plan benchmarking and accountability measurement
- Faculty activity reporting
- Survey design, analysis, administration, and reporting
- Support for regional, institutional, and professional program accreditations
- Assessment of student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness measures
- Administrative assessment planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Program review coordination and support
- Support for institutional improvement initiatives
- Coordination of institutional effectiveness reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Professional Standards
The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness complies with the Principles of Accreditation (SACSCOC) and the Code of Ethics established by the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and adopted by its membership in 1992 (updated in 2013).
The Office complies with the privacy provisions set forth in the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) enacted by the U.S. Congress. The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness is the clearinghouse and official reporting office for information about Florida Polytechnic University.
