This award recognizes staff, faculty, and/or a university department whose service
has consistently made a significant positive impact within their department, the University
as a whole, with students, or with external stakeholders. The nomination can be based
on an extraordinary service (such as an event, project, program, or activity) or simply
an overall attitude of service. They are an exemplary colleague and universally recognized
resource and co-worker who provides the highest quality of service to the Florida
Poly community.
Nominees must have consistently performed in an exemplary manner exceeding the expectations
of their position, should demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision of the
University.
