Together, the faculty and staff at Florida Poly are working to serve students and industry through excellence in education, discovery, and the application of engineering and applied sciences. 

Office of the President

The President's Office provides effective leadership and support for an academic program that is consistent with the University mission, the needs of those being served, sound standards of quality, and available resources.

The Office of Audit and Compliance works to support and promote a culture of ethics, compliance, risk mitigation, and accountability across the University community.

The Office of Title IX works to foster a University climate free from sexual misconduct through training, education, prevention programs, and policies and procedures that encourage prompt reporting, prohibit retaliation, and promote timely, fair and impartial investigations.

The Department of University Relations is responsible for all University marketing, communications, and community outreach. 

Academic Affairs

The Division of Academic Affairs has primary leadership responsibilities for planning, implementing, and coordinating Florida Poly's educational programs.

The Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President serves to promote academic quality and advance the strategic goals of Florida Poly by providing academic leadership, service, and effective management of university resources.

  • The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid work to recruit dynamic students from high schools and colleges consistent with university goals and targets, to serve prospective students and their families, and to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, students, and parents

    The Office of Research Services provides end-to-end research support services for all faculty, students, and staff including funding identification, compliance, and award management and reporting.

    The Student Success Center provides essential services that directly support the student experience at Florida Poly.

    The Department of Student Affairs provides essential services to equip students to succeed inside and outside of the classroom.

    The Office of the University Registrar is responsible for collecting, maintaining and safeguarding the enrollment and academic records for Florida Polytechnic University students.

    Administration and Finance

    The Office of Administration and Finance is made up of five multifunctional departments that support the University’s daily operations and work environment.

    The Office of the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer oversees all University operations.

    The Department of Auxiliary Enterprises is a non-academic entity that exists predominantly to furnish goods or services to students and employees and that charges a fee directly related to, although not necessarily equal to, the cost of the goods or services.

    The Department of Facilities and Safety Services manages the current and future physical facilities of the University. The department provides safe and secure facilities for education, research, and community programs through effective planning and programming, budgeting, contract administration, construction, facility operations, and proactive/continuing maintenance.

    The Department of Human Resources works to attract, develop, and retain the nation's leading faculty and staff. 

    The Department of Procurement helps the University procure goods and services for instruction, research, and operations in accordance with all state and University rules and regulations.

    The Department of the University Controller oversees financial planning, analysis and reporting, finance, treasury and accounting operations for the University. 

    Advancement

    The Division of Advancement is responsible for securing resources that will enhance the academic quality of Florida Poly, promoting public understanding of and support for the University, and enhancing stakeholder perception and knowledge of the university's programs and accomplishments.

    The Office of the Vice President of Advancement works to advance the University through communication, advocacy, engagement, and fundraising efforts working with the community, investors, alumni, and partners.

    The Office of Advancement works with investors, alumni, and partners by collecting and maintaining accurate information, creating engagement activities to build meaningful connections, and raising awareness of Florida Poly in the state and beyond. 

    Florida Poly alumni enjoy successful careers in high-tech STEM fields across the country and are giving back to the communities in which they live.

    The Florida Polytechnic University Foundation Inc., partners with the University to engage the community, inspire investment, and steward resources to build a world class university. The Foundation is the 501(c)(3) Direct Support Organization of the University. 

    General Counsel

    The Office of the General Counsel provides sound legal advice, accurate information, and prompt services to Florida Polytechnic University and the university’s Foundation.

    The Office of the General Counsel educates its clients regarding the legal implications of policy and operational decisions, solves legal problems, and facilitates transactions in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and ethics. 

    Information Technology Services

    The Division of Information Technology Services develops innovative technology initiatives and enterprise IT systems, oversees information security, and provides access to technology resources.

    The Office of the Vice President and Chief Information Officer manages and implements computer and information technology systems within Florida Poly.

    The Department of Enterprise Systems is responsible for managing the Universities Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Enterprise Systems leads technology projects, designed to integrate the institutions business process into the Workday unified system.

    The Department of Technology Services is comprised of Academic Technology Support Services (ATSS), Information Security and Networking Operations (ISO), and Systems Development and Operations (DEVOPS).
