To qualify for scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial aid at Florida Poly, students should file a FAFSA every year before June 30, using Federal School Code 042634.

Financial Aid Deadlines

Many of our students are also eligible to receive federal financial aid awards, and there are several external scholarship opportunities students can take advantage of to offset college expenses even further.

FAFSA available to students and families
October 1 (note: the 2024-25 FAFSA will not be available until December)
Priority deadline for completion of FAFSA
January 1 (note: the 2024-25 priority deadline is March 1 due to delayed FAFSA)
Estimated financial aid offer letters sent to student for new academic year (fall semester)
December-May (note: 2024-25 financial aid offers will not be issued until at least Feb due to delayed FAFSA)
