We are thrilled to announce the upcoming addition to our campus community: Phase Three,
the newest residence hall set to open its doors in the fall of 2024. Phase Three is
designed with multiple suite style room options, with every suite having a common

Gary C. Wendt Engineering Building
The two-story building will house research and development labs for a variety of engineering
disciplines, staff and faculty offices, collaboration spaces, and a conference room.
The facility will also feature an open courtyard on the exterior, which will connect
to the Barnett Applied Research Center, providing additional recreation space. Construction
will begin in the spring of 2024.
