The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an annual contract with a qualified firm to supply, deliver general office supplies and provide inventory and stocking services to various University’s departments on an “as needed” or “just-in-time” basis. Inventory is ordered and received just as it is needed. The University is seeking to provide staff with quality products in the most timely and cost effective manner possible. Discounted pricing must be held firm for (1) Year. The initial contract term is for (2) years with two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement of the contracting parties.
Request for Proposals 17-002 OFFICE SUPPLIES has been cancelled in its entirety due to lack of competition (REF: Section 3.4.5 Contract Award). A new SOLICITATION with revisions is in development and will be issued upon completion.
