Clifford K. (Cliff) Otto is the retired CEO of Saddle Creek Logistics Services, headquartered in Lakeland, Florida. Saddle Creek’s business includes warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and value-added services with operations across the US.
Prior to that, Otto spent 11 years with CHEP USA where he was senior vice president for North American sales after serving as general manager of CHEP’s Midwest region from the launch of the US business in 1990. Preceding CHEP, he served in various executive management roles in logistics and finance with Baxter Healthcare and American Can Co.
Otto earned a bachelor’s from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has held several leadership roles with various grocery industry associations, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and served as the national president of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), as well as chairman of the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA). Otto serves on a number of local charity organization boards.
He and his wife, Kathy, reside in Lakeland.
