Lyn Stanfield is a native Floridian who is dedicated to education and equity.

Stanfield is a graduate of The Florida State University, receiving her undergraduate degree in Communication a her Masters in Public Administration.  She has completed coursework towards her doctorate in education leadership and was recently awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Stillman College.

Stanfield leads the Global Inclusion and Diversity External Relations team at Apple, responsible for managing efforts to drive systemic change through the development of strategic partnerships and engagements and the execution of key programs focused on global diversity issues.

Stanfield is a member of the Florida Colleges Foundation Board and is a former member of the Tallahassee Community College District Board of Trustees, where as chair she focused on policies which supported systemic change to lend to greater student success.  A community servant, she holds membership in Jack and Jill of America, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Leadership Tallahassee, and the Florida State University Black Alumni Association.

She is the wife of Kevin Stanfield, and together they are the proud parents of two children and grandparents of two grandchildren.  In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys cooking, reading, and creating new experiences traveling abroad.
