What is Phoenix Square? This open-air, monthly "tabling" event hosts a combination of student organizations and Florida Poly departments showcasing their upcoming events, programs, and services to our campus community. Phoenix Square is located outside on the grass field between the Residence Halls and the IST.
Interested in having a table at Phoenix Square? Departments and organizations looking to participate in Phoenix Square will have the opportunity to register for the event and claim their spot one week in advance of the event's date. Registration for this event is first-come, first-serve. Registration for this event will remain open until all tents and tables are claimed. If you register once all tents and tables have been claimed you may select to be placed on a waitlist in the case a department or organization can no longer participate in the event day-of. In order to register, you must be a recognized Florida Poly student organization or University department/office.
Our first Phoenix Square will take place on Thursdays, October 14, 2021, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
