Gina DeIulio

Vice President and General Counsel

As vice president and general counsel, Regina “Gina” DeIulio provides leadership and oversight to her team in supporting the University’s Board of Trustees and handles legal matters for the University and the Foundation. DeIulio has been with the University since February 2013 

The office supports the mission of the University by negotiating, preparing and reviewing legal documents; assisting in the creation and promulgation of regulations, rules, and policies; advising clients on legal matters, providing training, and representing the University in administrative and judicial proceedings. 

DeIulio has more than 25 years of experience providing legal counsel in higher education and brings a wealth of knowledge to the position. Prior to joining Florida Poly, she served in the offices of the general counsel at Florida International University, the University of West Florida, and the University of South Florida. She also taught School Law in the Educational Leadership Program at Barry University.
