In-person:

Visit Florida Poly’s campus in Lakeland, conveniently located in between Orlando and Tampa.

Contact our staff to discuss a field trip for middle and high schools. The Educational Outreach Team works helps students learn about STEM at Florida Poly, describe our programs, give an overview of the campus and lead a hands-on experience.

Virtual Visit:

A great alternative to visiting the campus. Schools, community groups, and other interested parties can schedule virtual visits for:

• STEM Career Overview Guest Speaker (Great American Teach-In, Career Day)
• Science and Engineering Fair Consulting
• Overview of Campus
• Student Guest Speaker (by degree program and individual student experience)

Requests will be fulfilled dependent on date, time and availability.

For those who are unable to travel to our campus, we also offer other ways the University can be involved with your school or community.

We’re happy to lend our expertise and experiences to judge at science and engineering fairs or related STEM events. Our education staff is available to serve as guest speakers at STEM-related events and as educational exhibitors at community STEM events.

Schools, community groups, and interested parties can request an in-person or virtual visit from the educational outreach team.
