Water Aerobics is a 30 minute cardio class, located at the Student Development Center’s lap pool. Exercises will focus on slowly building the heart rate through low impact movements. Classes will be held in the shallow end of the pool; feet or arms will be in contact with the pool floor or walls, and the head above water the entire class. Please bring your own towel if you have one. For those without a towel, one will be provided. Dress appropriately and comfortably for moving and jumping around in a pool.
