Division of Finance and Administration

The Division of Finance and Administration is made up of seven multifunctional departments that support the University’s daily operations and work environment.

The Office of the Vice President of Administration and Finance and CFO oversees all University operations.

Auxiliary Enterprises is a non-academic entity that exists predominantly to furnish goods or services to students and employees and that charges a fee directly related to, although not necessarily equal to, the cost of the goods or services.

Enterprise Systems is responsible for managing Florida Poly’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.  Enterprise systems leads technology projects, designed to integrate the institution’s business processes into the Workday unified system. 

Facilities and Safety Services manages the current and future physical facilities of the University. The department provides safe and secure facilities for education, research, and community programs through effective planning and programming, budgeting, contract administration, construction, facility operations, and proactive/continuing maintenance.

Human Resources works to attract, develop, and retain the nation's leading faculty and staff. 

Procurement helps the University procure goods and services for instruction, research, and operations in accordance with all state and University rules and regulations.

Technology Services is responsible for developing innovative technology initiatives and enterprise IT systems, overseeing information security, and providing access to technology resources. 

The University Controller’s Office oversees financial planning, analysis and reporting, finance, treasury and accounting operations for the University. 

The University Police Department provides law enforcement services to university community and proactively works to reduce crime by providing a safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
