Patrick Hagen is an attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and counseling, representing business owners, automotive manufacturers, and distributors. Hagen has litigated a wide variety of complex, multi-party cases in both state and federal courts. Before joining Nelson Mullins, Hagen clerked for Florida appellate and federal district judges and practiced commercial litigation with a respected Florida law firm.
Hagen received a bachelor’s degree in business and leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. After college, he worked as an insurance claims supervisor at GEICO. Hagen received his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Regent Law Review.
Hagen enjoys creating legal writing content on LinkedIn and playing pickleball. He is married to his college sweetheart, Lindsey. They have three children and reside in Tallahassee, Florida.
