Eunice Alberson

Eunice M. Alberson joined Florida Polytechnic University in April 2023 as the associate vice president for human resources/CHRO. She leads the HR team, which focuses on developing clear strategies, creating a positive work environment, and supporting faculty and staff recruitment and retention efforts. Together, they make a significant impact on the University's success. 

Prior to joining Florida Poly, Alberson spent 12 years at the University of Arkansas in various roles, most recently as the director of human resource partners, where she led a team of 20 HR partners. 

In her spare time, she enjoys beach life and traveling. Alberson plans on retiring in Costa Rica one day, where she and her husband will teach English as a second language.
