The fall semester ends Dec. 13 and classes will resume on Jan. 6. We look forward to seeing you back on campus for the spring semester. The list below outlines closures and services available through the winter break.

Housing

Residence Halls

Sunday, Dec. 15: Residence Halls close at 11 a.m.
Friday, Jan. 3: Residence Halls open for returning students at 9 a.m.
Note: Students needing to stay in Residence Halls during Winter Break must email Paul Carey to be signed up.

 Phoenix Funds, which are declining balance funds attached to your meal plan, expire at the end of the Spring 2020 semester on May 3, 2020. Polybucks do not expire.

Health Services

Health Clinic
Monday, Dec. 16 – Friday, Jan. 3: Closed
Lakeland Regional Walk-In Clinics at Gateway and Lake Miriam are available through the winter break, with limited hours on Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1.

Counseling Services
Mental health clinicians will not be on campus Friday, Dec. 13 – Friday, Jan. 3.
BayCare Counseling services are available 24/7. Students can always connect with professional counselors by calling Bay Care directly at 800-878-5470.
