The fall semester ends on Friday, Dec. 17 and classes for the spring semester begin Monday, Jan. 10.

The 2021 winter break begins on Saturday, Dec. 17. We hope you have a relaxing winter break and a happy holiday season. The list below outlines the closures and services available at Florida Polytechnic University through the winter break. We look forward to seeing you back on campus on Monday, Jan. 10.

Florida Poly Campus and Offices

  • Friday, Dec. 24–Sunday, Jan. 2: Closed

Housing

Residence Halls
  • Friday, Dec. 17: Residence halls close at 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Jan. 7: Residence halls open for returning students at 8 a.m.
Department of Residential Life and Student Living
  • Friday, Dec. 24–Sunday, Jan. 2: Closed

Dining Services

Wellness Dining
  • Friday, Dec. 17: Open until 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 18–Friday, Jan. 7: Closed
  • Saturday, Jan. 8: Reopens at 11 a.m.
Einstein Bros. Bagels
  • Friday, Dec. 17: Open until 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 18–Sunday, Jan. 9: Closed
  • Monday, Jan. 10: Regular hours resume
Fire + Ash: Quality Cuisine, Concepts Reborn
  • Thursday, Dec. 16: Open until from 4–10 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 17–Friday, Jan. 7: Closed
  • Saturday, Jan. 8–Sunday, Jan. 9: Limited menu available from 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • Sunday, Jan. 9: Regular hours resume at 4 p.m.
Mosaic Café
  • Friday, Dec. 17: Open until 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 18–Sunday, Jan. 9: Closed
  • Monday, Jan. 10: Regular hours resume

Phoenix Funds are declining balance funds attached to your meal plan. Any remaining fall 2021 funds you may have will roll over to spring 2022 and will expire May. 8. Email Auxiliary Services for questions about Phoenix Funds.

Remember to select your spring meal plan in the CAMS portal by Friday, Dec. 24. Those who do not do so will default to the 10 meals per week plan.

Student Development Center

  • Monday, Dec. 13–Thursday, Dec. 16: Open 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 17: Open 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
  • Monday, Jan. 10: Regular hours resume

Shuttle Services

  • Wednesday, Dec. 15–Monday, Jan. 10: No shuttle service
  • Tuesday: Jan. 11: Regular schedule resumes

Police Services

  • Available 24/7 at 863-874-8472, option 2. If you experience an emergency, please call 911.

Health Services

Health Clinic
  • Friday, Dec. 17–Friday, Jan. 7: Closed
  • Monday, Jan. 10: Regular hours resume

Lakeland Regional Walk-In Clinics at Gateway and Lake Miriam are available through the winter break, with limited hours on Dec. 24, 25, 31, and Jan. 1.
