Spirit Week Aims to help Students De-Stress from Finals
Florida Poly students enjoy playing carnival games at Spirit Day during our semi-annual Spirit Week event Tuesday, April 23.

The end of semester is here for Florida Polytechnic University students. The Innovation, Science, and Technology (IST) Building commons is packed with students, guests from end of the year showcases and expos, and white boards are filled to the brink with math equations. Finals week is coming.

The last couple of weeks leading up to finals can be the most stressful for the entire semester which is why students from Florida Poly’s Campus Activities Board (CAB) puts on a semi-annual event called Spirit Week.

Spirit Week features a variety of events that caters to all students by giving them an opportunity to take a break from studying, de-stress, and connect with other students before finals begin.

This spring semester’s Spirit Week runs from Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26 with a range of events from carnival games to a galactic breakfast for dinner experience inspired by the movie “Avengers: Endgame” which will be hitting theaters this week.

Spirit Week is all about taking a mental break, connecting with other Florida Poly students, and having some fun!
