Cybersecurity education at Florida Polytechnic University received a structural and financial boost this year, setting a pathway for producing even more highly skilled professionals in the field.
The new cybersecurity engineering program at Florida Polytechnic University has received a $25,000 grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to fund a portion of a new cyber-physical systems lab.
LAKELAND, Fla. - Florida Polytechnic University will offer the state's first bachelor's degree in cybersecurity engineering beginning in the fall 2021 semester. The degree was recently approved by the State University System's Board of Governors.
