Phoenix Print and Mail Center

 

Print Center

Standard printing services include resumes, certificates, programs, booklets, flyers, and posters. Finishing options include cutting, stapling, hole punching, folding, laminating, and spiral binding. 

Regular printer paper sizes are letter (8.5 x 11), legal (8.5 x 14), and ledger (11 x 17). Other paper may be used upon request, including card stock and photo glass. 

We also have a large format printer that can print posters, large flyers, and banners on plain or photo gloss paper. The maximum width is 23 inches while the length may be greater. 

Customers may pay with debit or credit cards.

University business may be charged to a department's University Cost Center. 

Please send email attachments in PDF format to create a job ticket.

Follow-me and Secure Release Printing

  • The print job will not start printing until you authenticate on the printer.
  •  Jobs are held for 12 hours before being removed from the queue.

Email to Print – send attachments to one of the following email addresses.

Files supported: Picture Files, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, XPS

Use the Printer Console on PhoenixPrint Devices

  • Log in by tapping your Florida Poly Card
  • Print one or all jobs from your printing queue
  • Scan to Email - Send scanned documents to your email
  • Copy and Scan with color, grayscale, and other device options
  • Fax - Selected devices, including ARC2272A, IST2010, IST2045, IST2102, Wellness Center, Student Development Center, LTB2145, and LTB1147

Employee activity is automatically charged to their default cost center.

Students may only pay for PhoenixPrint with PolyBucks

Commuter Students

  • Florida Polytechnic University does not accept mail and/or packages for commuter students.

On-Campus Resident Students

  • Incoming mail and packages are delivered to Phase 2
  • Residential Life will notify students and distribute items from the front desk in Phase 2.
  • Items without a First Name, last Name, and room number may be declined or returned to sender.

When to Change Address

  • Students should change their address when they leave student housing for the summer, move off campus, or permanently leave the University.
