The University adopts policies and related procedures to dictate and guide the operations of the University. Regulations are statements of general applicability to guide the conduct or action of constituents or the public, adopted by the University Boards of Trustees that implement its powers and duties.
Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any regulation, notice of the intended action is posted here. The notice includes a summary and the full text of the proposed regulation, regulation amendment, or regulation repeal and how a person can submit comments regarding the intended action.
