Kelly Beall

Kelly Beall serves as a business systems analyst in the Division of Information Technology Services. She provides direct support to the University’s Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and its Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. She assists client areas in optimizing their use of Workday for their activities and services.

Beall joined Florida Poly in 2020 as executive assistant to the vice president of administration and finance. Later, she transitioned to coordinator for the Department of University Relations, where she enjoyed devising and executing comprehensive and impactful marketing strategies to elevate the university's brand visibility, foster student engagement, and bolster the institution’s reputation.

Before joining Florida Poly, Beall served as public information and social media specialist at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida. She also worked as a manufacturer’s representative for a vast portfolio of clients in the aviation, construction, engineering, fabrication, and machining industries. In addition, she held a position as a marketing and operations associate for a global software company that provides investment-management solutions to private equity and venture capital firms worldwide.
