Employee ID Cards

Official Identification Card

The Florida Poly ID Card is the official identification card of Florida Polytechnic University. It is issued to all faculty and staff and is required to access essential campus services.

The card serves as an ID card and can be used to pay for purchases in the dining halls (with a paid meal plan) and several online services, including the library and printers/copiers. 

To get an ID card employees should visit the Auxiliary Enterprise Service Center in the Wellness Center. Employees must show proof of identification, including a valid driver license, state-issued ID or passport and provide their state employee number.

Your Photo

Take your photo ahead of time at the selfie station in the Wellness Center.

To ensure your photo will be accepted, make sure to follow the folllwing guidelines:

  • Take a photo that represents the way you look most days. Don't wear sunglasses or a hat, or anything else that obstructs the view of your face. 
  • Look straight at the camera.
  • Photo must be in color without any filters applied.
  • The photo shouldn't have anyone else in it. No photobombing, pets, or group selfies.

Take a horizontal photo of yourself using your mobile phone. The photo should include your head, neck, and the top of your shoulders.

Email your photo to selfie@floridapoly.edu. Please include your department name and employee number in the subject line of your email.

Stop by the Auxiliary Enterprise Service Center in the Wellness Center to pick up you new ID card. Make sure you bring a government issued photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport).

Lost or Stolen Cards

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately by calling 1-863-874-8432 or visiting the Auxiliary Enterprise Service Center in the Wellness Center during normal operating hours. ID holders are responsible for all transactions that occur before their card is officially reported as lost or stolen.

After business hours: Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately through your Student Link account.
