Throughout the year Florida Poly hosts special events on campus that require a change in the routine parking and traffic procedures and regulations.
Some of the regularly scheduled events that have the most significant impact include quartlery Board of Trustee meetings and Family Day each semester.
All visitors who come onto campus to attend a special event are required to have a visitor parking permit.

Departments that are planning a special event and anticipate having more than 50 visitors on campus should call the Office of Parking and Transportation as far in advance as possible to coordinate parking requirements.
