Graduate Admissions

To complete your application, submit the required documents listed below. Submitting your documents promptly helps prevent delays in reviewing your application.

Submit Official Transcripts

• Upload a scanned copy of the front and back of your official transcript/academic record, issued by the Registrar, to your applicant status portal.
• You must provide a transcript for each bachelor’s, master’s, professional, or doctoral degree you have earned or are currently pursuing. These transcripts are used for the initial review of your application by the Graduate Admissions team.
• In addition, send official transcripts from each college or postsecondary institution you have attended to admissions@floridapoly.edu.
• Current Florida Poly students and alumni: You do not need to submit official transcripts.

Submit Two Letters of Recommendation

• Provide two letters of recommendation as part of your application.
• Current Florida Poly students and alumni: You are exempt from this requirement.

Submit a Statement of Purpose

• Submit a statement of purpose as part of your application. This is your opportunity to explain your academic and professional goals and why you are interested in pursuing graduate study at Florida Poly.

International Applicants

If you attended a college or postsecondary institution outside the United States, you must have your transcripts evaluated on a course-by-course basis for U.S. educational equivalency, including a GPA calculation.

Florida Poly accepts transcript evaluations from the following services:

• Academic Evaluation Services (AES)
• Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI)
• Josef Silny & Associates, Inc.
• TEC Application – Florida Poly The Evaluation Company (TEC)
• World Education Services (WES)
