STEP 1
Complete the Application
Begin the admission process by completing the application using the Florida Poly App and paying the $30 application fee.
STEP 2
Submit Required Documents
Before your application can be reviewed by the Florida Poly Graduate Admission Committee, we’ll need a few additional documents to complete your file. Submitting all required documents promptly ensures your application moves forward without delay and receives full consideration for the term you indicated on your application.
- Submit Official Transcripts from each college or postsecondary institution attended to admissions@floridapoly.edu.
If you are a current Florida Poly student or alumni, you can skip this step! - Submit Two Letters of Recommendation.
If you are a current Florida Poly students or alumni, are exempt from this requirement! - Submit a Statement of Purpose.
International Applicants – If your college or postsecondary institution is located outside of the United States, please have a course-by-course evaluation of your transcripts for US education purpose and equivalency of credit, with GPA calculation, we accept transcript evaluations through the following services:

- Submit Florida Residency for Tuition Form
- Submit Immunization Form
- Submit your Enrollment Acknowledgement Form
- Complete Student Financial Responsibility Form
- Submit a Photo for Your Student ID

- Complete Required Online Anti-Hazing Course

- Sign up for a Campus Meal Plan (Optional)
- Apply for On-Campus Housing (Optional)
Class Registration
The Office of Graduate Studies guides students through the registration process prior to their first semester. Registration for spring semester generally begins in November, while registration for fall semester typically opens early summer preceding the fall term. Students are encouraged to submit their enrollment deposit by the deadlines outlined in Step 4 to ensure they receive the necessary access and information to register. Once an enrollment deposit has been submitted and registration becomes available, the Office of Graduate Studies will contact students through their Florida Poly email with registration instructions and additional details.
