The Strategic Planning Committee is an ad hoc committee of the Board of Trustees responsible to provide oversight for the development of the University’s strategic plan. Committee duties include reviewing the University’s strategic plan and proposing revisions when appropriate; making recommendations to the Board regarding the implementation of the strategic plan; conducting targeted studies; and assessing the progress made in achieving strategic goals and objectives.
