Financial wellness – or financial well-being – refers to a person's overall financial health. It includes your ability to learn, plan, invest, and manage your money. Financial wellness means being able to be in control when you run into a financial emergency while still enjoying the things you do and staying on the path to your long-term goals. Those who practice financial wellness tend to spend more wisely, have emergency funds, and have a budget and stick to it.
