For the 2024-2025 academic year, students who receive a housing agreement for Phase II or Phase III will contract with Housing and Residential Life at Florida Poly. Phase II and Phase III offer a mixture of single- and double-occupancy rooms. Room types are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

To complete and electronically sign your agreement, you should follow these: 

1. Please proceed to the StarRez portal. Once on the homepage, select login which is in the right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Select the FLORIDAPOLY – Student SSO Login and input your Florida Poly Credentials. 
3. Once logged in, please select application tab from the banner. 
4. In the Application Selector, select the Academic Year 2024-2025 lease and begin the application. 
5. Follow on-screen directions until you have electronically signed the agreement. Only when you have signed the agreement, someone from our office will review and approve the agreement. Once approved, the agreement will be fully executed.
