Phase One

Phase One, Florida Poly’s first residence hall, was built in 2014. The community is located minutes from campus classrooms and boasts a community center, fitness center, study lounges, computer centers, and an entertainment room with billiards and ping-pong tables. All rooms come fully furnished and are designed with the modern student in mind.

Phase One is operated by Capstone a third-party company that is a separate legal entity from Florida Poly. While located on the Florida Poly campus, Phase One may operate under different contractual instruments and provides for different lease agreements than those of residential housing that is owned and operated by the University. As with any legal document, prospective residents are highly encouraged to carefully review and consider the specific obligations and terms of any lease agreement.

Phase Two

Phase Two was built in 2016 and is Florida Poly’s newest residential community. Located minutes from campus classes, Phase Two was designed with a more traditional residence hall feel in mind. The building features twice as much community space as Phase One, encouraging students to leave their rooms and create their own social hub.

Phase Two is owned and operated by Florida Polytechnic University. Phase Two may operate under different contractual instruments and provides for different contract agreements than those of Phase One, which is operated by Capstone. As with any legal document, prospective residents are highly encouraged to carefully review and consider the specific obligations and terms of any lease.
