Employee Meal Plans

As a faculty or staff at Florida Poly, you’ll have access to an incredible variety of healthy and delicious options.

Choosing a Plan

Faculty and staff are welcome to buy a dining plan and take advantage of the cost savings and convenience of eating on campus through the Employee Meal Plan Portal.

Employees can purchase a Block Plan which consists only of meal plan swipes and offers our FPU employees a discounted rate to the dining hall:

Block 25 $250.00 $10.00
  • Meal swipes may be used for guests and you are allowed 3 swipes per meal period.
  • Meal swipes rollover from Fall to Spring but do not carry forward after the Spring term. 

Payment Options: 

Option 1: Payment by credit card, debit card or electronic check

  • Have your debit or credit card on hand to complete payment processing

Option 2: Payment by payroll deduction 

  • The actual price will appear within the item description
  • You will see the price $0.00 during check out since payment will not be completed at that time
  • Payroll deductions will be divided equally, deducted each pay period, and completed by the end of each semester, 12/15 (fall) or 04/30 (spring)
  • Kindly note: Employees acknowledge that completion of checkout will notify payroll to activate deductions.

 Phoenix Funds may be purchased through the Transact store, these funds are a dollar for dollar value accepted at all dining locations.

Please read before making a purchase in the portal:

  • Payment by credit card, debit card or electronic check (no payroll deduction option for Phoenix Funds). 
  • Have you debit or credit card on hand to complete payment processing
  • These funds rollover from Fall to Spring but do not carry forward after the Spring term.
