CURRENT COMPETITIVE SOLICITATIONS

Florida Polytechnic University (the “University” or “Florida Poly”) is requesting proposals from Qualified Proposers to enter into a contractual relationship for the development of facilities on its Lakeland campus.  This Invitation to Negotiate (the “Stage II - Invitation to Negotiate,” “Stage II ITN,” or “ITN”) is being made to Qualified Proposers identified as a result of the Stage I - Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) dated February 22, 2022.

Current Sole Source Postings

This notice of intended decision to enter into a single/sole source contract is posted in accordance with Section 18.002(5)(a)1, Florida Board of Governor's Regulation and will be posted for a period of 72 hours. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed shall constitute a waiver of proceedings.
