Below is a list of helpful brand resources. For any questions or if you need assistance please email marketing@floridapoly.edu.

Department admins have access to order printed letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and note cards through the online store. These items are printed on demand and generally take about two weeks from the time you place the order. Note: Admins need an account to place orders. To request an account, email marketing

All orders will be delivered to University Relations first for verification. University Relations will then disburse products to the respective admins. To inquire about the status of your order, email marketing.

The university maintains an academic calendar, official University Calendar, and an internal scheduling calendar. Details about those calendars and how to submit information to be included is available online.

Show your school spirit by representing the university wherever you go.

Electronic templates are available in the Multimedia Library.

To help ensure consistency in the email signatures of all Florida Poly faculty and staff, employees are required to use the approved format.

While Florida Poly does not have a professional photographer on staff, faculty and staff do have the opportunity to have their portrait taken by a University Relations team member. Photo sessions are scheduled at the start of the fall and spring semester each year at the main campus, in the Innovation, Science, and Technology Building. Dates are published in the Weekly Phoenix several weeks in advance and employees are asked to register for an appointment. Employees may have a new portrait taken once every two years. Photos are added to the Multimedia Library and to faculty/staff bios published on the website.

Join the Employee Facebook Group and comment and share often.

Faculty and staff bios are published online. To have your information added to the website, please fill out the template (faculty | staff), have your supervisor approve it, and submit it to University Relations via a project request.

Be sure to download the mobile app where you’ll find everything you need to know about the university in one place. Users can do everything from checking real-time shuttle schedules to search the university directory and access their Florida Poly email. Students and employees can use their university NetID and password to login and access personalized information. The app is available for free from iTunes and Google Play, for iOS and Android mobile devices.

University Relations publishes news on an almost daily basis. Visit the website often to make sure you know what’s being shared with the community. The news is also available in the Florida Poly Mobile app.

Department admins have access to order name badges online.

All items that represent Florida Poly by using the name of the university, or any of its marks, must be approved. To request approval, contact marketing.

The Florida Polytechnic University logo (and all variations thereof, including the Foundation, AMI, and FIPR logos) are registered trademarks and cannot be used or amended without permission. To request permission to use the logo(s), please use this form. All logo usage must comply with the guidelines in the university’s online Brand Center.

The Multimedia Library provides authorized users with easy access to high-quality photos, videos, university logos, department graphics, and branded digital swag (like desktop screensavers).

Florida Poly faculty and staff members who are representing the University in the community may use this form to request promotional items to take to events and conferences.

University Relations manages all of the university's websites and web applications. To request content editor access to the content management system, contact marketing.

The Weekly Phoenix is the primary way the university communicates with faculty and staff, and students. All employees automatically receive the Weekly Phoenix–Faculty/Staff Edition while all students receive the Weekly Phoenix–Student Edition. Faculty and staff have the option to opt-in to receive the student edition. The goal of the Weekly Phoenix is to create a single source of “need to know” information. Categories include dates and deadlines, announcements, and events and activities.

Students, employees, and donors all have choices when it comes to who they support and our brand plays a critical role in student recruitment and retention, employee hiring and retention, and community and legislative support. It’s critical that we work together to deliver a brand experience that consistently shows our audiences what sets us apart from the others and how the university and our students are making an impact.
