Intramural Sports

Work hard, play hard with your fellow Phoenixes.

Playing sports has big benefits for overall physical health, but it’s also a great way to relieve stress, make friends, and achieve better grades. Florida Poly students are encouraged to join in recreational and intramural sports to improve both their physical and mental well-being.

Recreational sports activities include:

  • Open recreation: Students, faculty, and staff are invited to come to the Fitness Center to work out.
  • Fitness: Group exercise classes, personal training, small group training, and instructional dance classes are available.
  • Aquatics: A 200,000-gallon lap pool is available for University student and employee use. Lifeguard training is available

Intramural sports are a fun way to get active while contributing to a team. Florida Poly intramurals are divided into league sports and one-day tournaments. League sports typically include six to eight weeks of weekly play capped off by a championship playoff.

Intramural leagues:

  • 6v6 Soccer
