Intramural sports are a fun way to get active while contributing to a team. Florida Poly intramurals are divided into league sports and one-day tournaments. League sports typically include six to eight weeks of weekly play capped off by a championship playoff.
Students of all levels of skill and experience are encouraged to participate. Intramural athletes are provided with all the equipment needed for the game and are taught the rules and skills involved. Players spend one hour per week playing, and all teams can be co-ed.
Players can sign up as a team or as individuals. Everyone who wants to take part will be incorporated into a team.
Intramural sports are a great way to make friends, stay active, and relieve stress. Sign up for a team today!

“Sports are a good way to take a break from the curriculum and all the studying and exams. For those couple of hours you’re playing, you can focus on the game and be in the moment.”
