The university’s Office of Financial Aid and our dedicated VA Certifying Officials are prepared to help in any way that we can.
Provide your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Office of Financial Aid and a VA Certifying Official will assist you in starting your benefits.

Section 1018 of Public Law 116-315, Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020, adds requirements for educational institutions participating in the educational assistance programs of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Florida Polytechnic University is obligated to provide students receiving VA education benefits with the following information:
This institution is approved to offer GI Bill® educational benefits by the Virginia State Approving Agency. GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). All Active-Duty Service Members (including Guard and Reserve) must contact their Education Service Officer (ESO) or Education Counselor within your branch of service prior to enrolling in any college or university. The branches are authorized to establish service specific eligibility criteria to manage TA funds.
Service Members should review the following resources to make an informed decision prior to enrolling.
TA is Third Party Billing. Student Business Services sbs@floridapoly.edu will need your DoD Tuition Assistance Approval Authorization form to complete the billing process.
Even though a third party is paying your tuition it remains your responsibility to make sure your account is paid by the fee payment deadline each semester.
Unearned TA - when a student stops attending
The University will complete a calculation based on the number of weeks a student attended to determine the amount of TA a student earns. A return will be completed based on the schedule provided up through the 60% point of completion.
DoD MOU Compliance
Florida Poly refrains from providing commission, bonus, or other incentive payment based directly or indirectly on securing enrollments or federal financial aid (including Tuition Assistance funds) to any persons or entities engaged in any student recruiting, admission activities, or making decisions regarding the award of student financial assistance.
Florida Poly refrains from high-pressure recruitment tactics such as making multiple unsolicited contacts (3 or more), including contacts by phone, email, or in-person, or engaging in same-day recruitment and registration for the purpose of securing Service Member enrollments.
Florida Poly directs all Active-Duty Military Service members to speak with their Educational Services Officer (ESO) or counselor within their Military Service prior to enrolling the student in the institution.
